DESCRIPTION:
(from ABC's press release, April 2011) "The best way to do something bad is to do it as someone else." In a world where anonymity is power, just living your life makes you the perfect target. A sophisticated new breed of identity thieves is destroying the lives of ordinary citizens, but now a dedicated task force has been recruited to drag these faceless criminals into the light and bring them to justice. While average law enforcement is helpless to stop cutting-edge identity theft, the Identity Crimes Division (ICD) is anything but average. And the crimes they're fighting take identity theft to the extreme. Hard-edged, straight-laced detective Anthony Wareing (Orlando Jones), tough, former undercover agent John Bloom (Colin O'Donoghue) and Special Agent in Charge Martha Adams (Angela Bassett) lead the team charged with taking down the criminals that no one else has a chance of catching.
