'Doona!' Set to Ignite Hearts Worldwide on October 20

When a successful K-pop idol ends up sharing a house with an ordinary college student, the results are electrifying. Touted as the most anticipated romance series of the year, Doona! premieres exclusively on October 20.

Crafted by Lee Jung-hyo, the creative genius behind hit series Crash Landing On You, the coming-of-age drama series follows the intertwined destinies of freshman Lee Won-jun and former K-pop idol Lee Doona as they navigate the complexities of communal living.

Suzy (Start-Up and While You Were Sleeping), who was previously a K-pop star herself, takes on the role of Doona, while Yang Se-jong (Dr. Romantic) plays starstruck Won-jun.

The trailer offers a tantalizing glimpse into the romantic saga ahead. In it, Doona, having left her celebrity days behind, crosses paths with the tenacious Won-jun in a picturesque shared house. Their dynamic oozes intrigue, as Doona's candid emotions both enchant and perplex Won-jun. With Lee Jung-hyo's masterful direction, viewers can expect an emotionally gripping journey.

Teaser posters for Doona! are peppered with dialogue from the series, further highlighting the magnetic connection between the two. From "you are the one who shook me up first" to "can't you say I'm someone you like?", the lines hint at the blossoming of love between two people from totally different worlds.

Prepare for a heartfelt exploration of youthful passion as 'Doona!' premieres on Oct 20, only on Netflix.
