BEEF RELEASES EXTENDED FIRST LOOK CLIP
AHEAD OF SXSW WORLD PREMIERE ON 3/18
Ahead of BEEF's World Premiere at SXSW, Netflix released the first look clip today for BEEF, premiering on April 6, 2023.
The exciting debut came on the heels of Netflix's release of the official BEEF trailer, key art, and additional photos yesterday.
As told exclusively to Tudum.com, creator / showrunner / executive producer Lee Sung Jin also shared his thoughts on why "BEEF" is called "BEEF":
"There are surprisingly few catchy words or idioms that sell the feud aspect of the show, and the few that exist have been done before... The slang context of BEEF plus the aesthetic appeal of a punchy one-word title led to the decision."
