BBC AMERICA'S FIRST ORIGINAL COMEDY SERIES "ALMOST ROYAL" EPISODE AVAILABLE TODAY
The channel has also teamed up with YouTube stars for a short web series
BBC AMERICA's first original comedy series, Almost Royal, follows two young British aristocrats, Georgie (Ed Gamble) and Poppy Carlton (Amy Hoggart), on their first trip to the U.S. where they interact with real-life, unsuspecting everyday Americans. Today, BBC AMERICA has made one of the two upcoming premiere episodes of Almost Royal available on BBCAmerica.com and YouTube.
BBC AMERICA has collaborated with YouTube stars Chester See, Kingsley, What's Trending's Ethan Newberry, Grace Helbig, Hannah Hart, Mamrie Hart, Flula, Meghan Camarena (Strawburry17) along with comedian Dave Hill, Michelle Collins and Orphan Black's Dylan Bruce on Almost Royal Goes to YouTube, a short web series that is now rolling out.
Almost Royal premieres with back-to-back episodes Saturday, June 21, 10:00pm ET following the Orphan Black season two finale on BBC AMERICA.
