DESCRIPTION: (from The CW's press release, October 2008) HIGH FASHION MEETS REALITY IN THIS WICKEDLY STYLISH SERIES Anne Slowey, Elle's Fashion Accessories Editor and Joe Zee, Elle's Creative Director, test the skills of eleven fashionista wannabes who are competing for a junior position at the high profile magazine. The contestants participate in both assistant and editorial challenges to prove they have what it takes to make it in the fashion industry. The first challenge is to make breakfast for Anne, who leaves them literally shaking in their Prada heels. Next, Joe critiques each contestant's style and sends them to H&M for new work wardrobe but some refuses to change their style risking elimination (#101). |
