"60 MINUTES" IS IN THE TOP 5 AGAIN AND HAS BEEN A TOP 10 BROADCAST SERIES FOR 13 STRAIGHT WEEKS
60 MINUTES is again a top five broadcast in viewers and adults 18+ and a top 10 broadcast in adults 25-54. 60 MINUTES delivered 7.83 million total viewers, 7.66 million in adults 18+ and 1.29 million in adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Sunday, Dec. 11.
60 MINUTES remains America's #1 primetime news program in viewers and has been a top 10 broadcast series for 13 consecutive weeks. 60 MINUTES was the week's #5 primetime broadcast in viewers and adults 18+ and #8 in adults 25-54. 60 MINUTES' potential social impressions (565m) were up +29% from the prior episode.
Sunday's broadcast featured Norah O'Donnell's interview with treasury secretary Janet Yellen; Sharyn Alfonsi's report on families suing social media companies; and Jon Wertheim's visit to a magic school in Cape Town, South Africa.
