"60 Minutes" Is America's Most-Watched News Program and Makes the Top 10
60 MINUTES marked its seventh consecutive week as the #1 non-sports primetime program in total viewers and adults 18+. 60 MINUTES remained America's #1 news program for a seventh week. The broadcast delivered 8.04 million viewers, with 7.89 million in adults 18+ and 1.21 million in adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Sunday, Oct. 30.
60 MINUTES was the #7 ranked primetime program overall in viewers and adults 18+ and has finished in the top 10 every week this season.
Sunday's broadcast featured Scott Pelley's report from Arizona on election deniers running for office; Bill Whitaker's trek through the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda in search of the next deadly virus before it finds us; and Jon Wertheim's profile of David Sedaris.
