CBS (9.014 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.9, #1) pulled into the top spot on Tuesday thanks to new episodes of "NCIS" (11.683 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.1, #1), "FBI" (8.733 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T3) and "NCIS: New Orleans" (6.626 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T7).
ABC (3.860 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.8, #2) then snagged the silver with originals from "American Housewife" (3.898 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T5), "The Kids Are Alright" (3.123 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T7) and "Black-ish" (3.516 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T5) plus the premiere of "Bless This Mess" (4.638 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T3) and the season finale of "The Rookie" (3.993 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T7).
