Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: ABC Holds Off the Competition in Viewers, Demos

Here are the highlights of the 13 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (8/5/18):

ABC (4.744 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.8, #1) held off the competition on Sunday with its unscripted mix of "America's Funniest Home Videos" (4.513 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T4), "Celebrity Family Feud" (5.817 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.0, #2), "$100,000 Pyramid" (4.860 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.8, #3) and "To Tell the Truth" (3.785 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T4).

CBS (4.710 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.7, #2) then was a close second with "60 Minutes" (7.405 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T4), "Big Brother 20" (5.548 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.5, #1), "Bull" (2.816 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T8) and "NCIS: Los Angeles" (3.071 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T8).

Next up was NBC (2.822 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.5, #3) and its lineup of "Making It" (1.766 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.3, #12), "America's Got Talent" (3.344 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.6, #7) and a new "Shades of Blue" (2.833 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T8).

And finally, "One Strange Rock" (0.791 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.2, #13) and "2018 iHeartCountry Festival" (1.710 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T8) on FOX (1.403 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #4) rounded out the evening.
