Here are the highlights of the eight ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (8/19/17):

CBS (4.529 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T1) was the most-watched network on Saturday with rebroadcasts of "48 Hours" (4.492 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T1) and "Princess Diana: Her Life-Her Death-The Truth" (4.548 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T1).
Sharing the top demo honors was NBC (4.226 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T1) with its coverage of "Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series" (4.226 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T1).
Next up was ABC (3.324 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #3) and repeats of "America's Funniest Home Videos" (3.474 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T4), "$100,000 Pyramid" (3.222 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T4) and "20/20: In an Instant" (3.277 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T6).
And finally, second runs of "Lucifer" (2.013 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T6) and "Love Connection" (1.990 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #8) on FOX (2.001 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #4) rounded out the night.
In late-night metered market ratings (via NBC's press release):
· An Aug. 19 encore of "Saturday Night Live," with host Jimmy Fallon and musical guest Harry Styles, has averaged a 2.6 rating, 7 share in households in Nielsen's 56 metered markets and a 0.9/5 in 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
· It's the top-rated "SNL" in both metered-market households and 18-49 in the local people meters since June 17 (2.6 in households, 0.9 in 18-49 with host Scarlett Johansson and musical guest Lorde).
· The "Saturday Night Live" encore was the #1 show of the night on the broadcast networks in metered-market households and 18-49 in the local people meters, outrating every Saturday primetime telecast on those nets in both measures.
· Versus the show's year-ago August encore, last night's "Saturday Night Live" is up +18% in metered-market households (2.6 vs. a 2.2 rating).
Here are the highlights of the 10 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks one year ago (8/20/16):
NBC (14.553 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.5, #1) was the network to beat on Saturday with the penultimate night of the "Olympic Games Rio 2016" (14.553 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.5, #1).
CBS (2.755 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T2) then claimed the silver with the departing "Rush Hour" (2.526 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3) followed by a repeat "48 Hours" (2.502 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #9) and a second "48 Hours" (3.237 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3).
Next up was ABC (2.419 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T2) and its lineup of "Last Man Standing" (2.564 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3), "Dr. Ken" (2.196 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3), "In an Instant" (2.389 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3) and "Boston EMS" (2.489 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.6, #2).
And finally, FOX (1.590 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T2) closed out the evening with a repeat "Hotel Hell" (1.483 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #10) and a second "Hotel Hell" (1.697 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3).
