NBC (20.886 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 6.7, #1) saw a big night from its lineup of "Football Night in America #1" (7.205 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 2.0, #7), "Football Night in America #2" (10.595 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 3.3, #5), "Football Night in America #3" (18.481 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 5.7, #2) and "Sunday Night Football" (23.426 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 7.6, #1).
FOX (7.231 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 2.5, #2) then was the silver draw despite a boost from "NFL Overrun" (17.795 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 5.5, #3), "The OT" (11.673 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 3.8, #4) and the fall finales to "The Simpsons" (5.713 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 2.4, #6), "Son of Zorn" (2.954 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T10), "Family Guy" (3.044 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 1.4, #9) and "The Last Man on Earth" (2.210 million viewers, #17; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T12).
