Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Original Movie is Most-Watched Program in Network History
New York, NY, October 4 - Hallmark Channel powered itself to be the #1 cable television network in Prime Time on Saturday, October 1 (8-11 p.m.), with the new, original movie "Love on a Limb" (9-11 p.m.). The movie, the first in the network's "Fall Harvest" seasonal movie franchise, was also the most-watched and highest-rated among HH and Total Viewers in the 9-11 p.m. time period.
Additionally, sister network Hallmark Movies & Mysteries' Sunday, October 2, premiere of the new, original movie "The Irresistible Blueberry Farm" scored with viewers, becoming the most-watched program among HH in the history of the network, and 2nd most-watched among Total Viewers in network history.

"Fall Harvest," one of Hallmark Channel's annual tent pole programming events, is part of a core strategy to establish seasonal and celebratory franchises throughout the year. In "Love on a Limb," when the mayor hires a handsome landscaper to cut down a small town's beloved oak tree, Aimie takes it upon herself to try and save it - by chaining herself to it. As the landscaper attempts to wait her out, the two find that the tree brings them more than they could've imagined in life and love. Stars Ashley Williams, Trevor Donovan and Marilu Henner.
In "The Irresistible Blueberry Farm," Ellen Branford, a high-powered attorney, finds love, purpose, and the promise of a simpler life when she sets off on a journey to fulfill her grandmother's dying wish - to find the hometown boy she once loved and give him her last letter. "The Irresistible Blueberry Farm" is a Crown Media Production starring Alison Sweeney, Marc Blucas and Shirley Jones.
