TRAVEL CHANNEL REFRESHES SUNDAY RATINGS WITH WATER-THEMED FUN
'Top Secret Swimming Holes' and 'Xtreme Waterparks' Deliver Strongest Ratings Of The Season
NEW YORK (July 27, 2016) - Sunday night, July 25, was on fire at Travel Channel, with the network's "Dive Into Summer" water-themed programming event delivering a 71 percent ratings increase among viewers P25-54 versus year-ago. The newest premiere episode of hit series "Xtreme Waterparks" at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT posted its highest ratings of the season -- 56 percent above the year-ago timeslot. "Top Secret Swimming Holes" at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT also performed strongly, with ratings up 41 percent among P25-54. More than two million viewers tuned in to Travel Channel for a refreshing escape on Sunday -- helping the night stand out as the highest-rated Sunday prime since "Dive Into Summer" launched on June 19.
