· Is currently growing +11% week to week in 18-49 (1.0 vs. 0.9) and +5% in total viewers (4.207 million VS. 4.025 million), pending updates.
· Is currently equaling a nine-week Friday high in adults 18-49 (matching its best since Feb. 26, 1.2), as well as adults 25-54 (1.8).
· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting -- The prior week's "Dateline" increased by +27% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.94 to 1.19) and 744,000 persons in total viewers (4.0 million to 4.8 million).
· Upscale: "Dateline" delivers a solid upscale audience, indexing at a 110 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes.
"Grimm" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 4.0 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):
· Is currently retaining +100% week to week in 18-49 (0.9 vs. 0.9) and is up +3% in total viewers (4.007 million vs. 3.894 million), pending updates.
· Is currently matching a six-week high in 18-49 (equaling its best since March 18, 1.0).
· Is building on its lead-in by +29% in adults 18-49.
· Will increase dramatically from these numbers via time-shifting:
· L+7: "Grimm" has increased by +87% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 0.92 to a 1.72) and 2.4 million viewers overall (4.0 million to 6.4 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
· L+3: The prior week's "Grimm" grew by +63% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.87 to 1.42) and 1.7 million persons in total viewers (3.9 million to 5.6 million).
· The +63% gain in 18-49 was the biggest 18-49 lift of the night on the Big 4.
· Upscale: "Grimm" is capturing a solid upscale audience this season, indexing at a 109 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).

· Is currently retaining +100% week to week in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.7) and growing +13% in total viewers (3.687 million vs. 3.262 million), pending updates.
· Is currently equaling a 10-week high, matching its top 18-49 rating since Feb. 19 (0.8).
· Is currently reporting its most-watched telecast since Feb. 19 (3.693 million).
· Ties for #2 in the time period among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-34 and is #2 outright among those nets in women 18-34, pending updates.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.4/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.1/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2 with an encore).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
