"Grimm" (1.0/4 in 18-49, 4.5 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):
· Despite an encore lead-in, is currently equaling the show's highest rating since its Oct. 30, 2015 season premiere (1.1), pending updates.
· Is currently hitting a season high in total viewers (4.494 million, topping the prior high of 4.423 million on Feb. 5).
· Grows week to week by +11% in both 18-49 (1.0 vs. 0.9) and total viewers (4.494 million vs. 4.052 million).
· Is currently building on its lead-in by +43% in adults 18-49 and +39% in total viewers.
· Maintains a 0.9 rating or higher in adults 18-49 for a ninth consecutive telecast.
· Will increase dramatically from these numbers via time-shifting:
· L+3: The previous telecast of "Grimm" grew by +69% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.91 to 1.54) and more than 1.8 million persons in total viewers (4.1 million to 5.9 million). The +69% gain in 18-49 was the biggest 18-49 lift of the night on the Big 4.
· L+7: "Grimm" has increased by +90% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 0.91 to a 1.73) and more than 2.4 million viewers overall (3.9 million to 6.4 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
· Upscale: "Grimm" is capturing a solid upscale audience this season, indexing at a 110 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).
An encore telecast of "Caught on Camera With Nick Cannon" (0.7/3 in 18-49, 3.2 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):
· Is currently maintaining 100% of last week's rating in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.7), pending updates.
· Despite last night's encore, is currently equaling the show's seven-week high in 18-49 (matching its best since Feb. 19, 0.8).
· Ties for #2 in the time period in adults 18-34, women 18-34 and men 18-49.
"Dateline NBC" (0.9/4 in 18-49, 4.5 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):
· Is close to rounding to a 1.0 (currently reporting a 0.94 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings).
· Is currently maintaining 100% week to week in 18-49 (0.9 vs. 0.9) and growing +8% in adults 25-54 (1.4 vs. 1.3) and +8% in total viewers (4.455 million vs. 4.108 million), pending updates.
· Is currently matching its highest adult 25-54 rating for a Friday telecast since Feb. 26 (1.8).
· Despite the 10 p.m. hour, grows from its first half-hour to its second in by +11% in adults 18-49 (0.9 to 1.0), +8% in adults 25-54 (1.3 to 1.4), +13% in women 25-54 (1.6 to 1.8) and +8% in total viewers (4.3 million to 4.6 million).
· Is currently tied for #1 in the time period among ABC , CBS and NBC in women 18-34, pending updates.
· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting -- The prior week's "Dateline" increased by +31% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.88 to 1.15) and 1.0 million persons in total viewers (4.1 million to 5.1 million).
· Upscale: "Dateline" delivers a solid upscale audience, indexing at a 110 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes. The previous Friday's "Dateline" was most upscale telecast on the Big 4 that night, indexing at a 119 among adults 18-49 living in $100K+ homes.
In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 3.0/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.5/4 with an encore delayed by Masters golf coverage; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.9/5 with an encore.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/5; "Late Show," 0.3/1 with an encore delayed by Masters golf coverage; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.4/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3 with an encore delayed by Masters golf coverage). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1 with an encore delayed by Masters golf coverage).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
