Thursday Primetime Results:

Estimates After 7 Days of Time-Shifting and Alt-Platform Viewing:

· "You, Me and the Apocalypse," 0.9 rating in 18-49, 4.48 million viewers overall.

· "The Blacklist," 2.8 rating in 18-49, 11.33 million viewers overall.

· "Shades of Blue," 2.5, 9.84 million.

"Shades of Blue" (1.0/4 in 18-49, 5.0 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Retains 91% of its 18-49 rating versus the prior three weeks (1.0 vs. 1.1 each on Feb. 18, Feb. 11 and Feb. 4), maintains 100% in adults and men 25-54 and grows week to week in women 25-54 (1.8 vs. 1.7), despite facing last night's competition from CNN-Telemundo Republican debate.

· Finishes within 0.5 of the slot lead among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 (1.0 vs. 1.5 for "How to Get Away With Murder"), a dramatic closing of the gap versus the same night last year, when NBC lost the hour by 2.1 rating points (0.8 vs. 2.9).

· Ranks #2 or tied for #2 in the time period among those nets in adults, men and women 18-34, women 18-49 and women 25-54.

· Improves the time period by +25% versus NBC's regular-program season average in the slot before "Shades" in 18-49 (1.0 vs. 0.8, L+SD excluding sports and specials) and total viewers (4.975 million vs. 3.993 million).

· Is a highly time-shifted series, with:

· L+3: Last week's "Shades" grew by +85% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (1.06 to 1.96) and by 3.3 million persons in total viewers (5.3 million vs. 8.6 million), to tie for the week's #2 gain on the Big 4 in 18-49 percentage, tied with ABC's How to Get Away with Murder" and behind only the +90% of "The Blacklist."

· L+7: "Shades of Blue" has grown by +87% in adult 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (1.40 to 2.62) and +4.5 million persons in total viewers (6.9 million vs. 11.4 million).

· 7-Day Alternate Platforms: Last week's telecast also added more than 800,000 full-episode views (P2+) in seven days on NBC.com and Hulu (803,508).

"The Blacklist" (1.3/4 in 18-49, 5.9 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Facing competition from last night's CNN-Telemundo Republican debate, retains +100% of last week's 1.3 in 18-49 and grows in women 18-34.

· Has remained in the 1.3-1.6 range in 18-49 with each of its last 15 telecasts.

· Improves the slot +8% versus NBC's average last season (1.3 vs. 1.2, L+SD non-sports) and is up +10% in total viewers (5.856 million vs. 5.333 million)

· These numbers will increase dramatically with time-shifting and viewing on alternate platforms:

· Last week's "Blacklist" generated the week's #1 biggest 18-49 L+3 percentage lift of any Big 4 primetime program (+90% in 18-49, from a 1.30 rating to a 2.47, and by 4.2 million persons in total viewers, 6.0 million to 10.2 million).

· In 18-49, "Blacklist" delivered its closest L+3 finish ever behind "Scandal," pulling within +0.38 rating points or +15% (2.85 vs. 2.47), the narrowest "Scandal" margins versus "Blacklist" in both rating point and percentage since "Blacklist" shifted to Thursdays in February 2015.

· In total viewers, "Blacklist's" gain of 4.2 million viewers to 10.2 million viewers overall" moved the show from #4 in the time period in L+SD to #1 in L+3 ahead of ABC's "Scandal" (8.9 million), CBS's comedies (9.1 million) and Fox's "American Idol" (9.9 million). In L+SD, "Idol" had led the hour with 8.3 million, followed by CBS's comedies "Mom" and "2 Broke Girls" (7.5 million), "Scandal" (6.1 million) and "Blacklist" (6.0 million).

· L+3+7 Days of Alternate-Platform Views: Last week's episode grew by +98% (to a 2.6 rating) via time-shifting (3 days) and 7-day alternate-platform viewership (1.30 rating to a projected 2.58 rating in TAMi estimates).

· Upscale: "Blacklist" is generating a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 148 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3). Last week's telecast was the #1 most upscale show of the night on the Big 4 in 18-49/$100K+ (122 index, L+SD).

"You, Me and the Apocalypse" (0.6/2 in 18-49, 2.6 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Retains 100% week to week in adults 18-49 (0.6 vs. 0.6).

· Grows week to week in total viewers, women 18-49, adults 18-34 and men 18-34.

· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and alternate platforms

· Last week's "Apocalypse" grew by a best-yet +30% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.61 to 0.79) and by 581,000 persons in total viewers (2.6 million vs. 3.1 million).

· Last week's "Apocalypse" added more than 200,000 full-episode views (P2+) in seven days on NBC.com and Hulu (234,866). That's a +15% increase versus the prior week's total (234,866 vs. 204,454).

· Upscale: "Apocalypse" is capturing a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 112 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.3/6; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.8/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.2/6.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.8/4; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/4.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.4/5 in metered-market households and a 0.5/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.1/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
