TRAVEL CHANNEL DELIVERS BEST WEEKLY PRIMETIME P25-54 RATING IN TWO YEARS
NEW YORK (February 17, 2016) - For the week of February 8, Travel Channel posted its best primetime P25-54 rating (.27) in nearly two years - a 30% jump over the same week last year. In addition, the network garnered a .2 P25-34 rating, which was a 25% increase. Wednesday night's 9:00 p.m. episode of "Expedition Unknown," featuring adventurer Josh Gates, was among the series leading the week with a .4 P25-54 rating, giving the night a 60% jump over last year. The 9:00 p.m. episode of "Mysteries at the Castle" on Friday was another strong performer for the week. It delivered a season high rating of .28 among viewers P25-54. The "Mysteries" franchise block on Sunday night, which featured episodes of "Mysteries at the Castle" and "Mysteries at the Museum," also led to huge ratings increases among viewers P25-54 (+150%) and P25-34 (+250%).
