Friday Primetime Results:
"Grimm" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 4.4 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):
· Equals its highest 18-49 rating since Nov. 6 (1.0 with the second "Grimm" of the season).
· Is extremely close to rounding up to a 1.0 (currently reporting a 0.947 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings).
· Delivers a season high in total viewers.
· Grows week to week by +13% in 18-49 (0.9 vs. 0.8) and +15% in total viewers (4.382 million vs. 3.810 million).
· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting - "Grimm" has grown by +93% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 0.91 to a 1.76) and more than 2.4 million viewers overall (3.7 million to 6.2 million) going from L+SD to L+7
· Upscale: "Grimm" is capturing a strong upscale audience this season, indexing at a 118 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).
"Caught on Camera With Nick Cannon" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 3.6 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):
· Equals its series high in 18-49.
· Matches an eight-month time-period high, equaling NBC's top 18-49 rating in the slot since June 5, 2015 (1.0 with "Jurassic Park").
· Maintained its rating or grew half-hour to half-hour in every key demographic.
"Dateline NBC" (1.0/4 in 18-49, 4.9 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):
· Grew +22% from its first half-hour to its second adults 18-49 (0.9 to 1.1).
· Also increased half-hour to half-hour in total viewers, adults 25-54 and nearly all other key measures.
· Tied for #2 in the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in women 18-49, women 25-54 and men 18-34.
· Tied for #1 among those nets in women 18-34.
· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting - Friday's "Dateline NBC" has grown by +28% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 1.02 to a 1.31) and more than 1.0 million viewers overall (4.8 million to 5.9 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
· Upscale: Delivers a solid upscale audience, indexing at a 109 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes
In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:
· In adult 18-49 rating in the local people meters, Fallon (1.0) equaled the combined results of CBS's "Late Show with Stephen Colbert" (0.4) and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" rebroadcast (0.6).
· In 18-49 in the local people meters, Meyers(0.6) beat Colbert (0.4) and tied Kimmel's rebroadcast (0.6), despite Meyers' later start time.
· Fallon's guests Friday night included Jonah Hill, Megyn Kelly and musical guest Wiz Khalifa.
· Meyers' guests Friday included Leslie Mann, Joshua Jackson and Benjamin Walker.
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.8/7 "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.0/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.0/5 with an encore.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.4/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.4/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1 with an encore).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
