Winterfest Boosts Hallmark Channel to Be the Highest-Rated and Most-Watched Cable Network in the Saturday 9-11p Time Period Over the Course of 4 Weeks

Hallmark Channel's first-ever Winterfest programming event culminated Saturday night to resounding success, with the original movie premiere of Unleashing Mr. Darcy, starring Frances Fisher, Ryan Paevey, and Cindy Busby, bowing to a 2.7 HH rating and 3 million total viewers and becoming the 2nd highest HH-rated program of the day. In addition, the film elevated Hallmark Channel to be the most-watched and highest-rated network among HHs in its 9-11p time period. Unleashing Mr. Darcy also broke social media records for Hallmark Channel, becoming the most Tweeted non-holiday original movie premiere in network history.

The month-long Winterfest 'franchise made Hallmark Channel the highest-rated and most-watched cable network among HHs and Total Viewers in the Saturday 9-11p time period for 4 weeks, with its four new original movies averaging a 2.4 HH rating and 2.7 million Total Viewers.
