TV ONE GARNERS NO. 1 CABLE NETWORK POSITION AMONG BLACK DEMOS ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT

TV One Ranks Among The Top 3 Ad-Supported Cable Networks in Wednesday Primetime Among Black Women 25-54 For 10 Nights This Summer

SILVER SPRING, Md. - Sept. 15, 2015 - TV One announced today its Wednesday, Sept. 9 line-up of original programming fare garnered the No. 1 Cable Network position in Primetime among Black viewers in all key demos - P2+, P18-49, P25-54, W18-49 and W25-54. In addition, the network continues to dominate Wednesdays with Black Women 25-54 as a Top 3 Ad-Supported Cable Network in Primetime for 10 nights from July to September-to-date.

Contributing to the Sept. 9 success was the network's premiere of Hollywood Divas: Reunion Part 1 (9-10 p.m. ET), the docu-reality series' first episode of its second season two-part finale, which landed the No. 1 telecast on Cable in Primetime that evening among key Black demos; W25-54 (4.45, 254K), P25-54 (3.58, 356K), P18-49 (3.12, 345K), P2+ (2.95, 708K). In addition, Unsung secured the No. 2 telecast on Cable in Primetime among Black W25-54 (4.34, 248K) and Black P25-54 (3.52, 350K) for its episode featuring Force MDs (8-9 p.m. ET). Rounding out the night, TV One's newest comedy Born Again Virgin earned the No. 1 telecast on Cable at 10 p.m. ET among Black P25-54 (1.76, 175K). The network's Sept. 9 line-up also resulted in 1.4 million unique Black P2+ viewers.

TV One's Wednesday night primetime (8-11 p.m. ET) wins as a Top 3 Ad-Supported Cable Network among Black Women 25-54 from July to September-to-date include No. 1 spots on Aug. 12 (Born Again Virgin), Aug. 19 (Born Again Virgin, Unsung Hollywood: Sammie Davis, Jr.) and Sept. 9 (Unsung: Force MDs, Hollywood Divas: Reunion Part 1 and Born Again Virgin).

TV One premieres a new episode of Unsung featuring Hip Hop artist and actress YoYo this Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 8 p.m. ET, followed by the season finales of Hollywood Divas: Reunion Part 2 at 9 p.m. ET and the two-episode finale of Born Again Virgin at 10 p.m. ET.
