NBC RATINGS NOTES FOR SUNDAY, JULY 5
· NBC aired the NASCAR Coke Zero 400 as part of the Sprint Cup Series from the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona, Fla.
· The start of the race, which was won by Dale Earnhardt Jr., was rain-delayed until 11:15 p.m. ET/8:15 p.m. PT and didn't end until 2:30 a.m. ET/11:30 p.m. PT.
· Note that these fast-affiliate ratings are not time zone-adjusted and are subject to change for live sporting events.
· NBC drew a 0.8/3 in the 18-49 demo and 3.619 million viewers from 7-11 p.m.
· Ratings and total viewers rose in every half hour from 8:30-10 p.m. The race coverage drew its highest rating in the 10-11 p.m. hour with a 0.9/3 and 3.798 million viewers.
