E! SCORES RATINGS HIGHS IN MAY WITH HIT FRANCHISES AND CONTINUED MOMENTUM WITH SECOND CONSECUTIVE MONTH OF YEAR ON YEAR GROWTH

E! Delivers Year on Year Primetime Ratings Growth for the Month Across All Key Demos, Including +53% A18-49 (333K), +44% P2+ (585K), +43% A18-34 (194K), +65% W18-49 (260K) and +49% W18-34 (153K)

Los Angeles, CA, June 2, 2015 - In May 2015, E!, the global pop culture powerhouse, delivered significant year on year primetime ratings growth for the second consecutive month. The network posted primetime gains over May 2014 across all key demos, including +53% A18-49 (333K), +44% P2+ (585K), +43% A18-34 (194K), +65% W18-49 (260K) and +49% W18-34 (153K). E! ranked in the Top 15 cable entertainment networks this month among A18-49.

The success was driven by mega-hit franchise "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," including the two-part special "Keeping Up with the Kardashians: About Bruce," which aired May 17 and May 18 and delivered 7.7M Total Unique Viewers in L3s across both airings.

Also contributing to E!'s growth in May was the network's highly popular scripted series "The Royals," which ranks as the top new scripted series in cable for the year (excluding spin-offs) and will return in its second season this November. The first season of the series concluded on May 17 scoring 1.1M A18-49 in L3s, consistent with the overall season average.

Popular extreme plastic surgery series "Botched" also drove gains for the network in May. The series helped launch a new night of original programming on E! this spring and currently ranks as a Top 5 program on Tuesday nights with W18-34 and Top 10 among A18-49, W18-49 and A18-34.
