Saturday's broadcast featured Peter Van Sant and 48 HOURS' investigation into the death of Janet Walsh and the three-decade search for her killer. Walsh was found dead in 1979. It was a case that confounded investigators, though they never gave up. It was the perfect murder for 34 years, until new technology helped uncover information that would lead to an arrest and conviction.
