'BLACKLIST' GROWS +7% WEEK TO WEEK, UP FOR A SECOND STRAIGHT WEEK
'BLACKLIST' EQUALS ITS HIGH SINCE APRIL 2
THURSDAY 'DATELINE' INCREASES +25% VS. LAST WEEK, HITS A FOUR-WEEK HIGH
Thursday Primetime Results:
· "The Blacklist" (1.5/5 in 18-49, 7.3 million viewers overall from 9-10:01 p.m. ET) grew +7% versus last week's 1.4 rating in adults 18-49 and is up +20% versus the show's 1.2 of two weeks ago. In total viewers, "Blacklist" is up +5% versus last week (7.262 million vs. 6.903 million) and up +10% versus two weeks ago (7.262 million vs. 6.599 million).
· In 18-49, "The Blacklist" matched its highest rating since April 2 (1.6/5). In total viewers, it's a high since April 23 (7.465 million).
· Last night's "Blacklist" built by +88% on its lead-in in 18-49 and by +91% in total viewers (7.3 million vs. 3.8 million).
· "The Blacklist" will add substantial viewership via time-shifting: This season, originals of "The Blacklist" are increasing by +71% in 18-49 rating (from a 2.50 to a 4.28) and an industry-best 5.7 million viewers overall (9.9 million to 15.6 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
· "Dateline NBC" (1.0/3 in 18-49, 5.0 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m.) increased by +25% week to week in 18-49 (1.0 vs. 0.8) to hit a four-week high in 18-49 for a Thursday telecast (best since April 16, 1.1). In total viewers, "Dateline" is up versus last week by +3% (5.045 million vs. 4.909 million) to a three-week high (best since April 23, 5.7 million).
· In the time period, "Dateline NBC" tied for #2 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and is running within 0.2 of #1. In adults 25-54, "Dateline" is #2 outright among those nets with a 1.4 raitng.
· From half-hour to half-hour "Dateline NBC" increased by +22% in adults 18-49 (0.9 to 1.1), despite the 10 p.m. hour, and grew by +7% in adults 25-54 (1.4 to 1.5) and +18% in women 25-54 (1.7 to 2.0).
· "Dateline NBC" will add viewership via time shifting -- Thursday's "Dateline" is growing by +22% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.06 to a 1.29) and 769,000 viewers overall (5.7 million to 6.5 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
· Upscale: The prior week's "Dateline NBC" delivered the most upscale 18-49 audience of the night among Big 4 programs, indexing at 120 among adults 18-49 living in homes with #100K+ incomes (100 represents an average concentration of those homes, L+SD).
· An encore telecast of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 3.8 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) grew by +33% in 18-49 versus last week's 0.6 in this time period, and was up +15% in total viewers (3.795 million vs. 3.313 million).
· The "SVU" encore captured NBC's top 18-49 rating in the slot in five weeks (since April 9, 0.9 with an "SVU" rebroadcast) and a four-week high in total viewers (since April 16, 3.844 million with an "SVU" encore).

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.5/6; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 3.3/8; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.9/5.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/5; "Late Show," 0.6/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.1/4 in metered-market households) trailed CBS's "Late Late Show with James Corden" (1.4/5). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
