Thursday Primetime Results:
· The series finale of "Parenthood" (1.7/5 in 18-49, 5.5 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) jumped +31% week to week in adult 18-49 rating (1.7 vs. 1.3) and +24% in total viewers (5.470 million vs. 4.400 million), to deliver its biggest overall audience since Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 (5.735 million) and its highest 18-49 rating since the show's season finale on Tuesday Jan. 22, 2013 (1.8).
· Versus its year ago season finale, "Parenthood" increased by +31% in 18-49 (1.7 vs. 1.3 from 10-11 on Thursday, April 17) and +37% in total viewers (5.470 million vs. 3.991 million).
· "Parenthood" ranked #2 in the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC ahead of CBS's "Elementary" in adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54.
· "Parenthood" will add substantial audience via time-shifting - last week's telecast increased by +75% in L+3 vs. L+SD or a series-record 1.00 rating point in 18-49 rating (1.33 to 2.33) and in total viewers by a series-record 2.3 million persons (4.4 million to 6.7 million). ESTIMATED L+7 RESULTS: 2.9 in 18-49, 8.2 million viewers overall.
· Upscale: "Parenthood" is the #2 most upscale primetime series on the Big 4 networks, indexing at a 163 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" L+3 results, 100 represents an average concentration of those homes), behind only ABC's "Modern Family" (164).
· The season finale of "The Biggest Loser" (1.4/4 in 18-49, 5.3 million viewers overall from 8-10 p.m. ET) grew +17% week to week by in adult 18-49 rating (1.4 vs. 1.2) and +19% in total viewers (5.310 million vs. 4.477 million) to deliver the show's top results since its season premiere on Sept. 11 (1.6 in 18-49, 5.401 million viewers overall).
· "The Biggest Loser" improved the time period by +27% versus NBC's non-sports season average in 18-49 (1.4 vs. 1.1, L+SD) and +30% in total viewers (5.310 million vs. 4.086 million). From its first half-hour to its fourth, "Loser" grew by +33% in 18-49 (1.2 to 1.6) and +26% in total viewers (4.8 million to 6.0 million).
· Note that "The Biggest Loser" faced exceptional time-period competition that included "Grey's Anatomy," "Scandal," "Big Bang Theory" and "American Idol."
· Toma Dobrosavljevic, a 33-year-old senior project manager from Addison, IL, became 'The Biggest Loser' and won $250,000 in last night's live season finale on NBC. Toma started the show at 336 pounds and lost 171 pounds, weighing in at 165 pounds after losing 50.89% of his body weight.
· The prior cycle of "The Biggest Loser" ran on Tuesday nights and concluded from 9-11 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2014 with a 2.2/6 in 18-49 and 7.446 million viewers overall.

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.1/6 with an encore telecast; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.2/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.9/8.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.8/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.1/5.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.9/6 in metered-market households and a 0.7/4 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.0/3 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
