Sunday Results:
NBC won the night among the Big 4 in adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 with the top "Miss Universe" in 18-49 since 2009 and the most-watched "Miss Universe" since 2006, as well as the most-watched Sunday "Dateline" since February 2012.
· "The 63rd Annual Miss Universe Pageant" (2.0/6 in 18-49, 7.6 million viewers overall from 8-11 p.m. ET) earned the event's top 18-49 score since Aug. 23, 2009 (2.1) and was the most-watched "Miss Universe" since July 23, 2006 (9.6 million).
· Versus last season, "Miss Universe" was up by +122% in adult 18-49 rating and up +102% in total viewers (with a 2.0/6 vs. a 0.9/3 in 18-49 from 9-11 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013; 7.569 million viewers overall vs. 3.754 million).
· "Miss Universe" attracted NBC's best total-viewer result in the slot excluding sports and the Golden Globes in four years (since Jan. 9, 2011 with "Dateline" and the premiere of "The Cape," 8.0 million).
· "Miss Universe" won the time period among the Big 4 in adults 18-49 as well as adults 18-34 and 25-54 and all key adult-female demos. From its first half-hour to its sixth, "Miss Universe" grew by +50% in adults 18-49 (1.6 to 2.4) and +30% or 2.0 million persons in total viewers (6.8 million to 8.8 million).
· "Dateline NBC" (1.2/4 in 18-49, 6.7 million viewers overall from 7-8 p.m. ET) grew week to week by +71% in adults 18-49 (1.2 vs. 0.7), +89% in adults 25-54 (1.7 vs. 0.9) and +63% in total viewers (6.665 million vs. 4.096 million).
· This is the most-watched Sunday "Dateline" since Feb. 12, 2012 (6.788 million from 7-9 p.m.).
· In the time period, "Dateline" ranked #2 among the Big 4 in adults 18-49 and tied for #2 in adults 25-54 (with a 1.7 rating).
