Friday Primetime Results:
· In its second week in a new, earlier time period, "Constantine" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 3.5 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) grew week to week by 0.1 of a point or +13% in adult 18-49 rating (0.9 vs. 0.8) and increased +14% in total viewers (3.479 million vs. 3.064 million.
· "Constantine" delivered its most-watched episode since Nov. 21 (3.541 million at 10 p.m.).
· "Constantine" will add substantial audience via time-shifting, having increased so far this season by an average of +79% in 18-49 rating (from a 0.98 to a 1.75) and more than 1.8 million viewers overall (3.4 million to 5.3 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
· "Grimm" (1.2/4 in 18-49, 5.0 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET) matched last week's 18-49 rating and grew +8% in total viewers (4.967 million vs. 4.618 million.
· In the time period, "Grimm" ranked #2 among the Big 4 in adults 18-49 and tied for #1 in men 18-49 (1.1) and men 25-54 (1.6).
· "Grimm" will add substantial audience via time-shifting, growing so far this season by an average of +83% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.26 to a 2.30) and more than 2.7 million viewers overall (5.0 million to 7.8 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
· "Dateline NBC" (1.3/5 in 18-49, 5.8 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) grew +30% week to week in adults 18-49 (1.3 vs. 1.0), increased by +43% in adults 25-54 (2.0 vs. 1.4) and grew by +27% in total viewers (5.753 million vs. 4.523 million). "Dateline" won the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults, men and women 18-49 and adults, men and women 25-54 and was the #1 newsmagazine of the night in adults, men and women 18-49 and adults, men and women 25-54.
· "Dateline NBC" delivered its top Friday results since Dec. 19 in 18-49 and total viewers (1.3 in 18-49, 6.768 million viewers overall) and matched its 18-49 high since Nov. 21 (1.5), while hitting its high in 25-54 since Nov. 21 (2.0).
In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 3.1/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.0/5 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.0/5 with an encore.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.1/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.5/5 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.0/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
