Here are the highlights of the 16 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (12/21/14):

NBC (14.008 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 4.4, #1) was the top draw on Sunday with its penultimate week of "Football Night in America #1" (7.872 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 2.1, #6), "Football Night in America #2" (10.600 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 3.1, #4), "Football Night in America #3" (14.044 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 4.4, #3) and "Sunday Night Football" (15.910 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 5.2, #1).

CBS (11.145 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.2, #2) then claimed the silver with its mix of "NFL Overrun" (17.598 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 4.7, #2), "60 Minutes" (14.009 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 2.9, #5), "Undercover Boss" (9.217 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.5, #7), "The Mentalist" (8.595 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.4, #8) and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (7.926 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.3, #9).

Next up was ABC (5.578 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.2, #3) with its telecast of "The Sound of Music Sing-A-Long" (5.578 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T10).
