Friday Primetime Results:
· "Constantine" (1.0/3 in 18-49, 3.3 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) jumped +25% or 0.2 of a point week to week in adult 18-49 rating (from a 0.8 to a 1.0) and +4% in total viewers (3.295 million vs. 3.169 million), to capture its top 18-49 rating in three weeks, since Nov. 21 (1.1).
· This week's "Constantine" retained 77% of its 18-49 lead-in from "Grimm," up from last week's 67% (0.8 vs. 1.2). Despite the 10 p.m. hour, last night's "Constantine" maintained 100% of its rating from half-hour to half-hour in adults, men and women 18-49 (1.0 to 1.0 in each demo) and adults, men and women 25-54 (1.2 to 1.2 in each demo).
· "Constantine" will increase substantially in L+3 -- the week-ago "Constantine" grew by +83% going from L+SD to L+3 (from a 0.82 to a 1.50).
· "Grimm" (1.3/4 in 18-49, 5.1 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET) ranked as the #1 scripted show of the night on the Big 4 in adults 18-49 and will grow substantially in L+3 -- last week's "Grimm" increased by +80% going from L+SD to L+3 (from a 1.16 to a 2.09).
· Grimm captured its best 18-49 result since Nov. 21 and matched its highest rating since the show's season premiere (1.4 on Oct. 24). Week to week, "Grimm" was up by +8% in 18-49 (1.2 to 1.3) and +2% in total viewers (5.1 million vs. 5.0 million).
· "Dateline NBC" (1.3/5 in 18-49, 7.2 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) won the slot among the Big 4 in adults 18-49, adults 25-54, total viewers and all key adult-female demos.
· "Dateline" matched its prior telecast in adults 18-49 (1.3 vs. 1.3 on Nov. 28) and grew +6% in adults 25-54 (1.7 to 1.8) and +1% in total viewers (7.1 million to 7.2 million).
Last Week's L+3 Results:
· The prior week's "Grimm" grew by +80% in 18-49 (from a 1.16 to a 2.09) and 2.3 million viewers overall (5.0 million to 7.3 million) going from L+SD to L+3.
· "Constantine" increased by +83% in 18-49 (from a 0.82 to a 1.50) and 1.5 million viewers overall (3.2 million to 4.7 million).
In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.8/6; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.4/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.1/5 with an encore.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/4; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.5/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.4/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.3/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.7/4 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.4/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
