Wednesday Primetime Results:
NBC ranked #1 Wednesday night in adults 18-49 and total viewers with the conclusion of the three-part "Chicago Fire"-"Law & Order: SVU"-"Chicago P.D." crossover, teamed with a special Wednesday "Voice."
It's NBC's fourth nightlong win in a row among the Big 4 networks in 18-49, marking the first time any network has won four nights in a row since last December, when NBC won six in a row (including a tie) from Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013 through Friday Dec. 6.
In total viewers, this is NBC's most-watched in-season Wednesday, excluding Olympics, in more than six years (since April 23, 2008, 10.9 million with "Deal or No Deal" and "Law & Order").
Note that NBC carried NBA basketball in the Portland market.
· "Chicago P.D." (2.2/7 in 18-49, 9.5 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) set a season high and tied its series record in adults 18-49 (with a 2.2 rating, previously achieved on Feb. 26, 2013 with a prior "SVU" crossover).
· In total viewers, "Chicago P.D." set a new series record, topping the prior high set with the show's series debut on Jan. 8, 2013 (8.589 million).
· Week to week, "Chicago P.D." grew by +57% in 18-49 (2.2 vs. 1.4) and by +54% in total viewers (9.466 million vs. 6.149 million). "Chicago P.D." took the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in 18-49, total viewers and all other key measures, marking the first time this season "Chicago P.D." has won the slot among those nets in 18-49.
· "Law & Order: SVU" (2.4/7 in 18-49, 10.0 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET) grew week to week by +50% in 18-49 rating (2.4 vs. 1.6) and by +43% in total viewers (10.013 million vs. 6.998 million). In adults 18-34 and women 18-34, "SVU" won the hour among the Big 4 nets.
· "Law & Order: SVU" hit a season high in adults 18-49, capturing its top rating since the Fall 2013 two-hour season premiere (2.7 from 9-11 p.m. on Sept. 25, 2013). In total viewers, it's the top "SVU" since the season premiere on Sept. 24 (10.128 million).
· "The Voice" (2.5/8 in 18-49, 10.6 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) won the hour among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49, 18-34 and 25-54 plus total viewers.
· "The Voice" delivered NBC's top in-season rating in the slot, excluding Olympics, since May 8, 2013 (2.8).
· In total viewers, this is NBC's top Wednesday 8-9 p.m. result in season, excluding Olympics, since Feb. 13, 2008 (11.071 million in the hour with "Deal or No Deal").

· "Chicago P.D." is growing by +65% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.61 to a 2.65) and 3.2 million viewers overall (7.1 million to 10.3 million).

· "The Mysteries of Laura" grew by +24% in 18-49 (from a 1.27 to a 1.58) and 1.5 million viewers overall (7.9 million to. 9.4 million) going from L+SD to L+3.
· "Law & Order: SVU" increased by +61% or a series-high 0.99 of a rating point in 18-49 (from a 1.61 to a 2.60, its highest L+3 rating since Oct. 1) and 2.4 million viewers overall (7.0 million to. 9.4 million).
· "Chicago P.D." grew by +67% or a season-high 0.91 of a rating point in 18-49 (from a 1.36 to a 2.27,) and more than 2.9 million viewers overall (6.1 million to. 9.1 million).
In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 3.2/8; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.3/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.1/5.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.3/6; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/5 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.4/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.2/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
