Friday Primetime Results:
· "Dateline NBC" averaged a 1.0/4 in 18-49 and 5.1 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET. For its second hour from 10-11 p.m., "Dateline" tied for #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 (with a 1.2 rating for all three networks).
· From its first half-hour to its fourth, "Dateline" grew by +33% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.2 rating from a 0.9), by +42% in adults 25-54 (1.7 vs. 1.2) and +30% or 1.3 million persons in total viewers (5.7 million vs. 4.4 million).
· In the 10:30-11 p.m. ET lead-in to local news, "Dateline NBC" ranked #2 among ABC, CBS and NBC and was the #1 newsmagazine in the key news demographic of adults 25-54 (with a 1.7 rating).
· An encore telecast of "Bad Judge" delivered a 0.7/3 in 18-49 and 3.6 million viewers overall from 8-8:30 p.m. ET and a rebroadcast of "A to Z" averaged a 0.5/2 in 18-49 and 2.2 million viewers overall from 8:30-9 p.m. ET.
In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.9/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.1/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.9/5.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/4; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.3/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.1/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2 with an encore).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
"Live Plus Three Day" Results for Monday, Oct. 6:
In "live plus three day" Nielsens, "The Blacklist" (4.24 rating in adults 18-49, 15.124 million viewers overall):
· Grew by +60% in 18-49 (to a 4.24 from a 2.65) and 5.057 million viewers overall (to 15.124 million from 10.067 million) going from L+SD to L+3.
· Was the #1 drama of the night in L+3 adult 18-49 rating.
· Increased its 18-49 growth for a second straight week, to +60% this week from +54% last week from +44% two weeks ago.
"The Voice" (4.49 rating in adults 18-49, 14.385 million viewers overall):
· Grew by +19% in 18-49 (to a 4.49 from a 3.77) and 1.803 million viewers overall (to 14.385 million from 12.582 million) going from L+SD to L+3.
