DIY Network Achieved Most-Watched July Primetime Ever Among P25-54 Viewers in July
New York [For Immediate Release - August 1, 2014] DIY Network achieved its most watched July prime ever among P25-54 (70,000 impressions) and M25-54 (37,000 impressions) -- representing audience growth of 4% and 12%, respectively, over last July.
Top performing series included Salvage Dawgs, Daryl's Restoration Over-Hall and Holmes Makes It Right. The season premiere of Holmes Makes It Right on Tuesday, July 22, at 9 p.m. delivered a 0.40 P25-54 rating, one of the highest rated prime time episodes of any series in DIY Network history. In fact, the episode grew more than 260% over the same time period last year and helped DIY Network achieve a Top 25 cable network ranking for Tuesday primetime. Additionally, new series Daryl's Restoration Over-Hall already is a proven performer for the network, garnering more than 1.7 million viewers since its premiere Saturday, July 19, at 10 p.m.
