Monday Results:
NBC won the night among the Big 4 in adults 18-49, taking six of six half-hours with the #1 and #2 shows of the night on those nets, "The Voice" and "The Blacklist."
· "The Voice" (3.0 rating, 9 share in adults 18-49, 10.8 million viewers overall from 8-10:01 p.m. ET) retained 100% of its rating for each of the prior two Mondays in adults 18-49 to remain the #1 show of the night in 18-49 and other key demos. In the time period, "The Voice" is #1 or tied for #1 among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49, adults 18-34, adults 25-54 and all key adult-female demos. "The Voice" grew steadily throughout its time period in 18-49, with this half-hour track: 2.7, 2.9, 3.0, 3.2. From its first half-hour to its fourth, "The Voice" grew by +19% or 0.5 of a rating point in adults 18-49.
· "The Blacklist" (2.7/8 in adults 18-49, 10.6 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) retained 100% of the prior week's 18-49 rating and won the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in every key measure - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers. The 2.7 keeps "The Blacklist" within a tenth of a rating point of each of its prior six original telecasts. Versus NBC's averages in the time period last season, "The Blacklist" is up +35% in 18-49 (2.7 vs. 2.0, L+SD, non-sports) and up +85% in total viewers (10.612 million vs. 5.746 million).
· In the time period, "Blacklist's" margin of victory in 18-49 is 69% among ABC, CBS and NBC (2.7 vs. a 1.6 for ABC's second-place "Castle").
· L+7 Time-Shifting: "Blacklist" originals this season are growing by +69% from their L+SD results to L+7 in 18-49 rating (to a 4.94 from a 2.93) and by more than 6.1 million persons in total viewers (16.9 million vs. 10.8 million).
In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.8/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.0/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.5/7.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.1/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.4/5 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.4/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.0/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
