NBC RATINGS NOTES - TUESDAY, APRIL 29
· Against all original programming and on a very competitive night, NBC came in 2nd in the 18-49 demo: 2.0 rating/6 share
· "The Voice" (2.7/8) was the No. 1 show of the night in the 18-49 demo.
· "The Voice" was the No. 1 show with women 18-49 and adults 18-34.
· "The Voice" was even in comparison to last week's fast nationals and down only one-tenth vs. the official nationals
· "The Voice" was tied for with "NCIS" in the 8 p.m. half-hour and won the 8:30 half-hour.
· "About a Boy" (1.7/5) was down two-tenths from last week but even with the 1.7 from three weeks ago.
· "Growing Up Fisher" (1.5/4) has been incredibly steady, registering the same demo for the past four weeks in a row.
· "Chicago Fire" (1.8/5) was up a tenth vs. last week and tied for "Person of Interest" in the 10:30 half-hour.
· "Chicago Fire" grew from half-hour to half-hour in total viewers, which is very difficult in the 10 p.m. hour.
In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.7/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.6/7; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.9/5.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.1/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.3/4 in metered-market households) tied CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.3/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
