Saturday Primetime Results:
· "Dateline Saturday Night Mystery" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 5.0 million viewers overall) matched NBC's highest adult 18-49 rating in the slot, excluding sports in 19 months (since Sept. 15, 2012) and reported a four-week high in total viewers (best since March 22). "Dateline Saturday Night Mystery" tied for #1 in the time period among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and was #1 outright among those nets in women 18-49. From its first half-hour to its fourth, "Dateline Saturday Night Mystery" grew by +57% in 18-49 rating (to a 1.1 rating from a 0.7), +75% in adults 25-54 (to a 1.4 rating from a 0.8) and +49% or 1.7 million persons in total viewers (5.1 million vs. 3.4 million).
· Week to week, "Dateline Saturday Night Mystery" grew +29% in adults 18-49 (to a 0.9 rating from a 0.7), +20% in adults 25-54 (1.2 vs. 1.0) and +15% in total viewers (5.049 million vs. 4.387 million).
· In its seven weeks on the schedule, "Dateline Saturday Night Mystery" has generated NBC's seven top total-viewer results in the time period, excluding sports, in more than two years (since Jan. 21, 2012).
· A rebroadcast of "Saturday Night Live" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 2.8 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET), with host Seth Rogen and musical guest Ed Sheeran, equaled the highest 18-49 rating for a 10 p.m. "SNL" rebroadcast since Feb. 1 (with host Jonah Hill and musical guest Bastille, 1.2/4). From its first half-hour to its second, the 10 p.m. "SNL" rebroadcast grew 11% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.0 from a 0.9) and 29% in men 18-49 (0.9 vs. 0.7), despite the 10 p.m. hour.
In Late-Night Metered-Market Household Averages for Saturday Night:
· An encore telecast of "Saturday Night Live," with host Melissa McCarthy and musical guest Imagine Dragons, averaged a 2.9/7 in household results in Nielsen's 56 metered markets and a 1.4/7 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with Local People Meters, making it the #1 telecast of the night on the Big 4 networks in 18-49 rating in the Local People Meters ahead of all primetime programs on the Big 4 networks in that key measure.
