DIY NETWORK KICK STARTS 2014 WITH MOST-WATCHED MONTH EVER
Rev Run's Renovation and Rehab Addict Help Drive January Viewership
New York [For Immediate Release - January 28, 2014] DIY Network had its most-watched month ever in January, averaging 107,000 P25-54 prime impressions. In fact, the network capped its most-watched month by delivering its most watched week ever for the week of 1/20/14, averaging 124,000 P25-54 impressions in prime. Additionally, the weekend of 1/26/14 was its most watched weekend ever, averaging 145,000 P25-54 impressions from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Rev Run (Rev Run's Renovation), Nicole Curtis (Rehab Addict), Robert Kulp and Mike Whiteside (Salvage Dawgs) and Mike Holmes (Holmes Makes It Right) were among the dynamic network stars and series attracting upscale audiences in every key demo. Nearly 40% of DIY Network's P25-54 audience is made up of upscale viewers and the network ranks #9 among all cable networks for upscale audience composition.
