"LIVE with Kelly and Michael"

During the week of January 6, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 1 syndicated talk show for the 3rd straight week in Households (3.4 rating), tying with "Dr. Phil" and beating "Ellen" by 10% (3.1 rating). In addition, "LIVE" outdrew "Ellen" by 5% in Total Viewers (4.510 million vs. 4.298 million) to rank No. 2 during the week. "LIVE" was the week's No. 1 syndie talker in Women 25-54 (1.9 rating), tied with "Dr. Phil" and "Ellen."

On average for the 2013-14 season to date, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households (2.9 rating) and Total Viewers (3.822 million), moving ahead of "Ellen" (2.7 rating and 3.781 million) in both Nielsen measures.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" held 100% of its week-ago season-high numbers in Households (3.4 rating) and Women 25-54 (1.9 rating) to equal its highest-rated week in over 2 years - since the week of 11/21/11. In addition, "LIVE" retained nearly all (97%) of its week-ago Total Viewer count (4.510 million) to draw its 2nd-biggest overall audience so far this season, behind only the prior week.

· For the 2nd week in a row, "LIVE" posted solid double-digit gains over the year-ago week (w/o 1/7/13) in Households (+31%), Total Viewers (+37%) and Women 25-54 (+27%). In fact, through the first 19 weeks of the season, "LIVE" is up year to year by 12% in Households (2.9 rating vs. 2.6 rating), by 11% in Total Viewers (3.796 million vs. 3.409 million) and by 7% in Women 25-54 (1.6 rating vs. 1.5 rating) to deliver its strongest performance through this point in a season in 6 years - since the 2007-08 season. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the high-rated first weeks of Kelly and Michael as a new team.

· During the course of the week, "LIVE" scored its best numbers for any single-day telecast since the final broadcast of "Live with Regis and Kelly" in November 2011 (on 11/18/11) in Households (3.8 rating) on Monday and Tuesday, in Total Viewers (5.213 million) on Monday and in Women 25-54 (2.3 rating) on Tuesday.
