FOX NFL SUNDAY Ranks As Television's No. 1 Program of Week

As the holidays came to a close, FOX's week was highlighted by the NFC WILDCARD PLAYOFF GAME and 2014 COTTON BOWL along with THE SIMPSONS, BOB'S BURGERS, FAMILY GUY and AMERICAN DAD, which led the network to a second-place finish among Adults 18-34. BOB'S BURGERS delivered its highest-ratings among Adults 18-49 in one year. In addition, FOX NFL SUNDAY won the week outright across all of television among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and Total Viewers.

FOX had:

· 6 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: FOX NFC WILDCARD GAME (No. 1), THE SIMPSONS (No. 5), FAMILY GUY (No. 7), BOB'S BURGERS (No. 8), AMERICAN DAD (No. 10) and AT&T COTTON BOWL (No. 14).

· 6 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: FOX NFC WILDCARD GAME (No. 1), THE SIMPSONS (No. 4), FAMILY GUY (No. 6), BOB'S BURGERS (No. 7), AMERICAN DAD (No. 9) and AT&T COTTON BOWL (No. 17).

· 5 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: FOX NFC WILDCARD GAME (No. 1), AMERICAN DAD (No. 5 tie), THE SIMPSONS (No. 5 tie), FAMILY GUY (No. 8) and BOB'S BURGERS (No. 10).

· 2 of the Top 20 programs among Total Viewers: FOX NFC WILDCARD GAME (No. 1) and THE SIMPSONS (No. 8).

FOX Program Ratings of the Week

Program and Nightly Highlights

Monday: With all of the broadcast networks in repeats, FOX placed fifth in prime among Adults 18-49 (0.8/2). An encore ALMOST HUMAN posted a 0.9/3 among Adults 18-49, followed by an encore SLEEPY HOLLOW, which delivered a 0.7/2.

Tuesday: FOX aired New Year's Eve encore specials of DADS (0.7/2), BROOKLYN NINE-NINE (0.5/2), NEW GIRL (0.4/1) and THE MINDY PROJECT (0.3/1).

Wednesday: On Wednesday, back to back encore specials of DADS averaged a 0.8/2 from 8-9pm. In the 9pm hour, back to back encore specials of BROOKLYN NINE-NINE averaged a 0.6/2 among Adults 18-49.

Thursday: FOX aired encores of SLEEPY HOLLOW (0.6/2) and BONES (0.7/2).

Friday: Oklahoma State and Missouri went head to head in the 2014 COTTON BOWL (1.9/6), giving FOX a nightly victory among Adults 18-49.

Saturday: FOX aired an encore ALMOST HUMAN at 8pm (0.3/1), followed by a SLEEPY HOLLOW encore at 9pm (0.4/1).

Sunday: FOX ranked No. 1 (7.7/19) among Adults 18-49 Sunday night with the NFC WILDCARD PLAYOFF overrun followed by the first all-original lineup of animated comedies in three weeks (since 12/15/13). The prime portion of the NFL Game from 7-7:51pm (17.3/43) and its post-game show from 7:51-8:07pm (10.0/25) pushed THE SIMPSONS to a start time of 8:07pm, with the rest of prime sliding. All four animated comedies were up significantly from their respective fall averages: THE SIMPSONS (+70%, 4.6/11 vs. 2.7/7), BOB'S BURGERS (+52%, 2.9/7 vs. 1.9/5), FAMILY GUY (+24%, 3.1/7 vs. 2.5/6) and AMERICAN DAD (+25%, 2.5/6 vs. 2.0/5).
