FOX Ranks No. 1 Four Out of Seven Nights Among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

FOX WINS WEEK AMONG ADULTS 18-34

FOX Ranks No. 1 Four Out of Seven Nights Among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

FOX's week was highlighted by strong performances from SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, MASTERCHEF and HELL'S KITCHEN which led the network to rank No. 1 for the week among Adults 18-34, as well as No. 1 among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 on four nights (Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sun). SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE was the second highest-rated program of the night among Adults 18-49 and grew +6% week-to-week in Total Viewers. MASTERCHEF ranked as the top program on Wednesday night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. MASTERCHEF at 9 PM also grew +9% from the previous week in Adults 18-49. On Thursday, HELL'S KITCHEN was the highest-rated program of the night among all 18-34 demos.

Program and Nightly Highlights

Monday: FOX ranked #4 among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. Surrounded by repeats of Raising Hope (0.7/2), New Girl (0.6/2) and The Mindy Project (0.6/1), Goodwin Games (0.6/2) at 8:30p matched the previous week's premiere.

Tuesday: FOX ranked #1 for the night among Adults 18-49 (tie), Adults 18-34 and Teens. So You Think You Can Dance (1.9/6) declined -5% from the previous week in Adults 18-49, while building +6% in Total Viewers (5.0 vs. 4.7 Mil). So You Think You Can Dance was the second highest-rated program of the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and key demos.

Wednesday: FOX won the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and key demos. At 8pm, MasterChef (2.1/7) was even with last week's premiere in Adults 18-49. MasterChef 9p (2.5/7) grew +9% from the previous week in Adults 18-49. MasterChef ranked as the top two programs of the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 and Teens.

Thursday: FOX ranked #1 for the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens (tie). Although down -5% from the previous week in Adults 18-49, Hell's Kitchen (2.1/8) was the highest-rated program of the night among all 18-34 demos. In its second week, Does Someone Have To Go (1.0/3) decreased -23% from its premiere in Adults 18-49. Does Someone Have To Go ranked #1 in its time period among Adults 18-34 and Teens.

Friday: FOX ranked #4 among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens (tie) for the night. Bones repeat (0.7/3) fell -13% from the previous week's time period premiere. At 9pm, The Following encore (0.6/2) dropped -40% from last week's Brain Games special but matched Bones' 2012 Summer repeat average.

Saturday: FOX placed #2 in Adults 18-49 (tie), Adults 18-34 and Teens (tie) with FOX Saturday Baseball posting a 0.7/3 in Adults 18-49 from 8-11p. The coverage was down -13% from MLB's average on the same night last year.

Sunday: FOX placed #1 in Sunday prime among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, and Teens with repeats of Cleveland (0.7/3), American Dad (0.9/3), Simpsons (1.5/5), Bob's Burgers (1.3/4), Family Guy 9p (1.7/5) and Family Guy 9:30p (1.8/5). The 8p-9:30p comedies ranked as the night's top four programs among Adults 18-49 and each matched their Summer '12 averages for repeats. Versus their averages last summer in different time periods, Cleveland 7p (-22%) was down while American Dad (+13%) improved.
