Disney XD Soars to Most-Watched May on Record in Prime and Total Day;
Grows May Audience for 5th Consecutive Year in Target 6-14s, 6-11s and 9-14s

Powered by original series like "Kickin' It" and "Lab Rats," May 2013 ranked as Disney XD's most-watched May in Prime in the network's history (includes its 10 years as Toon Disney) across all key demos -- Total Viewers (370,000), Kids 6-14 (225,000), Boys 6-14 (141,000), Kids 6-11 (172,000), Boys 6-11 (108,000), Tweens 9-14 (163,000), Boys 9-14 (103,000), Kids 2-11 (215,000) and Boys 2-11 (129,000 - tied May 2006) -- posting solid double-digit year-to-year increases in target 6-14s, 6-11s and 9-14s. The network also posted May highs in Total Day across the board.
Year to year Disney XD grew by double digits in Kids 6-14 (+15% - 225,000 vs. 196,000), Boys 6-14 (+13% - 141,000 vs. 125,000), Kids 6-11 (+12% - 172,000 vs. 154,000), Tweens 9-14 (+27% - 163,000 vs. 128,000) and Boys 9-14 (+21% - 103,000 vs. 85,000), marking its 5th consecutive year growing its May audience.
· Disney XD more than doubled Nicktoons in Kids 6-14 (+110% - 225,000 vs. 107,000), Kids 6-11 (+112% - 172,000 vs. 81,000), Tweens 9-14 (+151% - 163,000 vs. 65,000) and Boys 9-14 (+119% - 103,000 vs. 47,000), and out-delivered it by double-digits in Total Viewers (+74% - 370,000 vs. 213,000), Boys 6-14 (+83% - 141,000 vs. 77,000), Boys 6-11 (+86% - 108,000 vs. 58,000), Kids 2-11 (+78% - 215,000 vs. 121,000) and Boys 2-11 (+55% - 129,000 vs. 83,000).
Disney XD is a basic cable channel and multi-platform brand showcasing a compelling mix of live-action and animated programming for Kids age 6-14, hyper-targeting boys and their quest for discovery, accomplishment, sports, adventure and humor. Disney XD branded content spans television, online, mobile and VOD platforms. The programming includes series, movies and short-form, as well as sports-themed programming developed with ESPN. In the U.S., Disney XD is seen on a 24-hour, advertiser supported network that reaches over 80 million households via its basic cable and satellite affiliates.
