CBS (14.980 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.6, #1) was the top draw on Tuesday thanks to new episodes of "NCIS" (19.094 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.1, #1), "NCIS: Los Angeles" (16.587 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.8, #2) and "Golden Boy" (9.260 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.7, #T7).
Second place then went to ABC (8.878 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.0, #T2) with the premiere of "Splash" (8.805 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 2.6, #3) followed by its special "Dancing with the Stars: Exclusive First Look" (9.577 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 2.1, #5) and a new "Body of Proof" (8.252 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.5, #9).
Sharing the silver was FOX (4.267 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 2.0, #T2) with week two of "Hell's Kitchen" (4.854 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 2.0, #6) plus new episodes of "New Girl" (4.202 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 2.2, #4) and "The Mindy Project" (3.158 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.7, #T7).
Meanwhile, NBC (2.942 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.9, #4) offered up its mix of "Betty White's Off Their Rockers" (3.711 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T11), another "Betty White's Off Their Rockers" (3.701 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.1, #10), "Go On" (2.856 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T11), "The New Normal" (2.098 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.7, #14) and "Smash" (2.645 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.8, #13).

* From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.1/4 in metered-market households) trailed CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.3/5). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49) tied "Late Late Show" (0.4/2).
* At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
