SUITS Premiere Tops Summer 2012 Season Premiere Against Broadcast and Notable Cable Competition

P18-34 Surges +34% vs Summer Launch

With plenty of broadcast and cable competition and coming off of a successful VOD/Online promotion of all the show's episodes to date, USA's hit original series SUITS returned to USA last evening with a mid-season premiere to stellar numbers, besting last summer's season two premiere and growing +34% in young viewers (P18-34).

· P18-49: 1.6 million (1563, +11% vs. the Summer 2012 season premiere)

· P25-54: 1.5 million (1538, +4%)

· P18-34: 835,000 (+34%)

· Total Viewers (P2+): 3.6 million (3571, +3%)
