CBS Has the Top 10 Scripted Programs in a Week of Series Milestones

CBS HAS THE TOP 10 SCRIPTED PROGRAMS IN A WEEK OF SERIES MILESTONES

Series-High Ratings for "The Big Bang Theory" in Viewers and Key Demos

"Person of Interest" Delivers its Largest Audience Ever

"Two and a Half Men" Posts Best Ratings Since Moving to Thursday

"Elementary" Uncovers its Largest Audience and Best Adult 18-49 Rating Since Series Premiere

"The Good Wife" and "The Mentalist" Post Best Ratings Since October

CBS had the top 10 scripted programs in a week that saw several of its series hit ratings milestones, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Jan. 6, a holiday week that included original programming on only four nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

· THE BIG BANG THEORY posted series highs in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

· TWO AND A HALF MEN posted Thursday highs in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

· PERSON OF INTEREST posted series highs in viewers, matched its series high in adults 18-49 and had its second-best adults 25-54 rating.

· ELEMENTARY scored its best viewers and adults 18-49 ratings since its series premiere.

· CBS posted its best Thursday household and viewers deliveries since Dec. 10, 2009, its best adults 25-54 performance since Feb. 11, 2010 and its best adults 18-49 rating since March 25, 2010.

· THE GOOD WIFE and THE MENTALIST posted their best ratings since October.

For the week in viewers: CBS (8.29m), NBC (8.39m), FOX (6.84m) and ABC (5.07m). Season-to-date: CBS (11.23m), NBC (8.77m), ABC (8.06m) and FOX (6.65m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged 2.2/05 in adults 25-54 and 1.6/04 in adults 18-49. Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (3.6/09, tie) and a solid second in adults in 18-49 (2.7/08).

For the week in households: CBS (5.3/09), NBC (5.1/08), FOX (4.0/06), and ABC (3.0/05). Season-to-date: CBS (7.1/12), NBC (5.4/09), ABC (5.2/09) and FOX (4.0/06).

CBS Weekly Highlights:

-- On Thursday, CBS was first in households (9.1/14), viewers (15.04m), adults 25-54 (5.1/12) and adults 18-49 (3.8/10). CBS posted its best Thursday household and viewers deliveries since December 10, 2009, its best adults 25-54 performance since February 11, 2010 and its best adults 18-49 rating since March 25, 2010. CBS beat NBC, ABC, FOX and CW combined by +55% in viewers (vs. 9.72m), +38% in adults 25-54 (vs. 3.7/08) and +23% in adults 18-49 (vs. 3.1/08).

THE BIG BANG THEORY swept its time period, finishing first in households (11.4/18), viewers (19.25m), adults 25-54 (7.8/19), adults 18-49 (6.1/18) and adults 18-34 (4.1/13). THE BIG BANG THEORY posted series highs in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (9.2/14), viewers (15.41m), adults 25-54 (5.9/12) and adults 18-49 (4.5/12). TWO AND A HALF MEN posted its best deliveries in households since Dec. 21, 2011, its best viewers total since Nov. 21, 2011 and its best ratings in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since Jan. 16, 2012 - all when the program was on Monday.

PERSON OF INTEREST was first in households (9.8/15), viewers (16.23m), adults 25-54 (4.8/11) and adults 18-49 (3.4/09). PERSON OF INTEREST posted its best deliveries ever in households and viewers, matched series-high adults 18-49 rating and delivered its second-best adults 25-54 rating.

ELEMENTARY (10:01-11:00 PM) was first in households (7.2/12), viewers (11.44m), adults 25-54 (3.5/09) and adults 18-49 (2.6/07). ELEMENTARY posted its best delivery in both households and adults 25-54 since Oct. 4, 2012 and its best viewers and adults 18-49 ratings since Sept. 27, 2012's series premiere.

UNDERCOVER BOSS was second in households (4.8/08), viewers (7.55m), adults 25-54 (2.1/06) and adults 18-49 (1.5/05).

CSI: NY was second in households (5.9/09) and viewers (9.13m).

BLUE BLOODS was second in households (6.5/11) and viewers (10.18m).

THE GOOD WIFE was first in households (6.5/10) and viewers (9.96m) while averaging 2.7/06 in adults 25-54 and 1.8/04 in adults 18-49. THE GOOD WIFE posted its best viewers and adults 25-54 deliveries since Oct. 21, 2012 and matched its second-best adults 18-49 performance this season.

THE MENTALIST was first in households (6.8/11) and viewers (10.85m) and was second in both adults 25-54 (2.8/07) and adults 18-49 (2.1/06). THE MENTALIST posted its best households, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 deliveries since Oct. 14, 2012 and its best viewers delivery since Sept. 30, 2012. THE MENTALIST matched its season-best delivery in adults 18-49.
