G4's Sunday premiere of American Ninja Warrior 4 posted growth over last Season's premiere with key Adults and delivered strong time period gains with Total Viewers and key Adults 18-49.
· G4's debut of American Ninja Warrior 4 on Sunday, 5/20/12 at 9P-11P averaged 305,000 Persons 2+ and 202,000 Adults 18-49, more than tripling the prior four week Sunday 10P-12A time period mark with Total Viewers (+228%) and quadrupling it among the key Adults 18-49 (+330%). The two episode premiere block more than doubled the network's 2nd Quarter 2011 Evening average with Total Viewers (+107%) and more than tripled among Adults 18-49 (+216%).
· Sunday's ANW 4 premiere climbed slightly over last year's American Ninja Warrior 3 debut with Adults 18-49. Most of this growth came from Men 35-49, which climbed +47% year-to-year, while Men 18-34 rose +16%. Women 35-49 also saw gains of +50% over Ninja Warrior 3's debut night.
· G4's Sunday premiere and repeat runs reached 1.1 Million Total Unique Viewers, rising +7% over last season's Day One premieres and repeats.

· From 9-11 p.m. ET, the NBC season debut of "American Ninja Warrior" (2.4/6 in 18-49, 6.1 million viewers overall) climbed 41 percent above NBC's special telecast of "American Ninja Warrior" last summer in 18-49 rating (2.4 vs. a 1.7 from 9-11 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 22, 2011) and is up 48 percent or 2.0 million persons in total viewers (6.081 million vs. 4.103 million). The 2.4 rating for "American Ninja Warrior" matches NBC's season average in the time period and also ties it head to head with ABC's "Bachelorette" in last night's 9-11 p.m. averages (pending updates). In the time period, "American Ninja Warriors" is tied for #2 in adults and is #2 outright in all key adults-male demos. For its second hour from 10-11 p.m., "Warrior" is #1 outright among ABC, CBS and NBC in all key adult-male demos.
