HALLMARK CHANNEL'S ORIGINAL MOVIE, "UNDERCOVER BRIDESMAID," SWEEPS OVER 2.4 MILLION VIEWERS OFF THEIR FEET WITH 1.5 HH RTG
Wedding bells rang during the Sunday, April 15th premiere of Hallmark Channel original movie, "Undercover Bridesmaid", as the film captivated audiences with a 1.5 HH rating. The film was the #2 rated ad-supported cable movie of the week in addition to the #2 movie of the day.
"Undercover Bridesmaid" ranked #7 in HH rating (1.5 rtg) for the the 8-10pm time period, boosting Hallmark Channel to be the 10th rated cable network in prime time for the day among HH (1.2 HH rtg).
Tanya Harsin (Burns), a highly-trained security guard who lost her zest for romance after being left at the altar, takes an assignment where she poses undercover as a bridesmaid to protect a tycoon's daughter from death threats before her big day in "Undercover Bridesmaid". Miserable at her job, Harsin struggles to blend in with the bubbly, girly bridesmaids while solving the case. Almost everyone at the wedding is a legitimate suspect, and this undercover bridesmaid must not lose control of her mission - even with the distraction of the groom's questionable, yet charming best friend Jake. Will she finally able to put the past behind her and give love a second chance? Stars Brooke Burns, Nicole Paggi, and Gregory Harrison.
