ABC (6.42 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.7, #1) moved to the top spot on Friday with the return of "Shark Tank" (6.23 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.7, #3) and "Primetime: What Would You Do?" (5.83 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.6, #4) alongside a new "20/20" (7.20 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.8, #T1).
Second place then went to NBC (5.07 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.4, #2) with the penultimate week of "Chuck" (3.85 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T8) followed by new episodes of "Grimm" (5.90 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.8, #T1) and "Dateline NBC" (5.47 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.4, #6).
Next up was FOX (3.53 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.3, #3) with new episodes of "Kitchen Nightmares" (3.85 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.5, #5) and "Fringe" (3.18 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T8).
Meanwhile, CBS (7.51 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.1, #4) was tops in viewers but fourth in demos with its lineup of "A Gifted Man" (6.94 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.0, #11), "CSI: NY" (7.10 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T8) and "Blue Bloods" (8.48 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.3, #7) repeats.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 1.0/4; "Late Show," 0.6/3; "Nightline," 1.0/4; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.
At 12:35 a.m., "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (2.0/6 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.3/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.7/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.4/2).
At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
