CBS DOMINATES THE WEEK IN ALL KEY MEASURES WITH ITS BEST DELIVERIES IN A MONTH
CBS has 16 of the Top 20 Programs (80%) with only Football-Related Programming Interrupting the Streak
"The Big Bang Theory" is the Top Scripted Program in Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54; "NCIS" is Top Drama in Both Demos

CBS was a dominant first in viewers and key demographics with its best deliveries in a month as the Network scored 16 of the top 20 programs, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Dec. 20, week 13 of the 2009-2010 television season.
CBS had 80% of the week's top 20 programs, with only football-related programming on the competition disrupting the Network's dominance. NCIS, NCIS LOS ANGELES, THE MENTALIST, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, CRIMINAL MINDS, CSI: MIAMI, THE GOOD WIFE and CSI: NY were the week's top dramas. TWO AND A HALF MEN, THE BIG BANG THEORY, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE were the week's top comedies. 60 MINUTES was the week's top news magazine.
THE BIG BANG THEORY and THE GOOD WIFE scored series highs in viewers, BIG BANG was the week's top scripted program in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 and NCIS was the top drama in both key demographics. The two-hour season finale of SURVIVOR: SAMOA attracted the largest audience for a "Survivor" finale since "Survivor: China" in December 2007.
For the week in viewers: CBS (11.49m), NBC (7.26m), FOX (6.70m) and ABC (4.86m). Season-to-date, CBS is first in viewers (11.90m), ahead of ABC (9.63m), FOX (9.08m) and NBC (7.91m).
For the week in key demographics, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (3.9/10) and adults 18-49 (3.0/09). Compared to the same week last year, CBS was up +2% in viewers, +5% in adults 25-54 and +11% in adults 18-49. CBS posted its best deliveries in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since the week ending Nov. 22, 2009. Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (4.1/10) and second in adults 18-49 (3.2/09).

This was CBS's best Monday delivery with regularly scheduled programming in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since February 2, 2009, and in adults 18-34 since February 12, 2007.
? HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was first in households (5.8/09), viewers (9.65m), adults 25-54 (4.3/11), adults 18-49 (3.7/10) and adults 18-34 (3.4/11). This was HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER's best delivery in households and viewers since March 2, 2009, best delivery in adults 25-54 since May 11, 2009 and matches its best adults 18-49 delivery of the season.
? ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE was first in households (5.5/08), viewers (8.82m), adults 25-54 (3.8/09), adults 18-49 (3.2/09) and adults 18-34 (2.5/07). ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE delivered its best households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 performances since the series premiere and matched series highs in adults 18-34.
? TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (9.8/15), viewers (16.37m), adults 25-54 (6.4/15), adults 18-49 (5.2/13) and adults 18-34 (3.8/11). These were TWO AND A HALF MEN's best delivery in households, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since May 18, 2009, in viewers since February 2, 2009, and in adults 18-34 since March 30, 2009.
? THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in households (9.3/14), viewers (15.58m), adults 25-54 (6.8/15), adults 18-49 (5.6/14) and adults 18-34 (4.3/12). These were series highs for THE BIG BANG THEORY in viewers and adults 25-54, matching last week's series high in adults 18-49 and represent the program's second-best adults 18-34 performance (behind last week).
? CSI: MIAMI was first in households (9.0/15), viewers (14.18m), adults 25-54 (5.1/13), adults 18-49 (4.1/11) and adults 18-34 (3.1/09).

CBS won every half-hour in households, viewers and adults 25-54 for the third consecutive night and was first in four of six half-hours in adults 18-49. CBS was first on Wednesday for the 10th time in 13 weeks in households, viewers and adults 25-54, and first in adults 18-49 for the 9th time in 13 weeks.
? THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE was first in households (4.7/08), viewers (7.64m), adults 25-54 (3.1/09) and second in adults 18-49 (2.3/07, -0.1 behind FOX). This was the show's best viewers delivery since Jan. 7, 2009 and its best deliveries in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since Nov. 19, 2008.
? GARY UNMARRIED was first in households (4.6/08), viewers (7.76m), adults 25-54 (3.2/08) and second in adults 18-49 (2.5/07, -0.1 behind FOX). This was the best viewer delivery for GARY UNMARRIED since Dec. 10, 2008, and best adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since Nov. 19, 2008.
? CRIMINAL MINDS was first in households (9.0/14), viewers (14.68m), adults 25-54 (5.2/13) and adults 18-49 (3.8/10). This was CRIMINAL MINDS's best deliveries in viewers and adults 25-54 since Sept. 23, 2009 (the season premiere).
