CBS Wins Monday in Adults 25-54
In part one of CBS's "CSI" trilogy, CSI: MIAMI posted double digit percentage increases week-to-week in adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and viewers and outrated the combined competition in both demographics, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Monday, Nov. 9.
Part two of the CSI trilogy will be broadcast on Wednesday (11) on CSI: NY.
CSI: MIAMI was first in households (8.9/15), viewers (13.83m), adults 25-54 (5.1/13), adults 18-49 (4.0/11) and adults 18-34 (2.7/08). Compared to last week, CSI: MIAMI was up +11% each in households (from 8.0/13), adults 25-54 (from 4.6/12) and adults 18-49 (from 3.6/10), even in adults 18-34 and added +1.31m viewers (from 12.52m, +10%).
CSI: MIAMI beat "Castle" and "The Jay Leno Show" combined in adults 25-54 (5.1/13 vs. 4.8/11, +6%), adults 18-49 (4.0/11 vs. 3.7/10, +8%) and was on par in adults 18-34 (2.7/08 vs. 2.8/08).
At 9:00 PM, TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in adults 25-54 (5.7/12), adults 18-49 (4.4/11), adults 18-34 (3.0/11) and second in households (8.7/13) and viewers (14.12m). Compared to last week, TWO AND A HALF MEN was up +4% in households (from 8.4/12), +2% in adults 25-54 (from 5.6/12), even in both adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 and added +610,000 viewers (from 13.51m, +5%).
THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in adults 25-54 (5.4/12), adults 18-49 (4.5/11), adults 18-34 (3.4/09), second in households (7.7/12) and viewers (12.41m). THE BIG BANG THEORY improved on its TWO AND A HALF MEN lead-in by +2% in adults 18-49 and +13% in adults 18-34.
At 8:00 PM, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.5/08, 8.96m) was second in adults 18-49 (3.5/09) and adults 18-34 (3.5/10). Compared to last week, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was up +2% in households (from 5.4/08), +9% in adults 18-34 (from 3.2/09), even in adults 18-49 and added +140,000 viewers (from 8.82m, +2%).
ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE (5.1/07, 8.20m) was second in adults 18-34 (2.4/07) and averaged 3.5/08 in adults 25-54 and 3.0/07 in adults 18-49.
For the night, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (4.8/11), second in households (7.5/12), viewers (11.89m), adults 18-49 (3.9/10, -0.1 behind FOX) and adults 18-34 (2.9/08).

Compared to last week, CSI: MIAMI was up +15% in households (from 8.0/13), +11% in both adults 25-54 (from 4.6/12) and adults 18-49 (from 3.6/10), +4% in adults 18-34 (from 2.7/08) and added +1.86m viewers (from 12.52m, +15%).

THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in adults 25-54 (5.6/12), adults 18-49 (4.7/11), adults 18-34 (3.5/09), second in households (7.9/12) and viewers (12.80m). THE BIG BANG THEORY improved on its TWO AND A HALF MEN lead-in by +2% in adults 18-49 and +13% in adults 18-34.
