HGTV Delivers Highest October Prime Time Ratings Ever
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. [For Immediate Release - October 28, 2009] -- HGTV continued its strong showing in October 2009, delivering the highest ever October prime time rating (M-Su 8P-11P) among households with a 1.0 according to Nielsen Media Research. HGTV also delivered its highest ever October prime time rating among P18-49 with a 0.4 and M25-49 with a 0.3.
During the month of October 2009 (9/28/09-10/25/09), household ratings improved by 25% over October 2008 for prime time and household impressions increased by 16% over October 2008. Among key demos, P25-54 and W25-54 impressions each saw a 12% gain over October 2008 levels.
