THE BIG BANG THEORY built on its lead-in for the third consecutive week, placing first in its time period in adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and adults 25-54 (tie), according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Monday, Oct. 5.
TWO AND A HALF MEN also won its time period in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 while CSI: MIAMI placed first in all key measures.
TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in adults 25-54 (5.4/12), adults 18-49 (4.3/12), second behind ABC in both households (8.3/12) and viewers (13.07m) at 9:00 PM.
THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in adults 18-49 (4.5/10), adults 18-34 (3.2/08), tied for first in adults 25-54 (5.4/12, with ABC) and second in both households (7.7/11) and viewers (12.25m). THE BIG BANG THEORY built on its TWO AND A HALF MEN lead-in by +5% in adults 18-49 and +19% in adults 18-34.
CSI: MIAMI was first in households (8.5/14), viewers (12.96m), adults 25-54 (4.9/12), adults 18-49 (3.9/10) and adults 18-34 (2.9/08).
At 8:00 PM, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.4/08, 8.23m) was second in adults 18-34 (2.9/08) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (3.4/09, with ABC).
At 8:30 PM, ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE (4.7/07, 7.22m) averaged a 3.3/07 in adults 25-54 and 2.8/07 in adults 18-49.
For the night, CBS was tied for first in adults 25-54 (4.6/10, with ABC), second in households (7.2/11), viewers (11.11m), adults 18-49 (3.8/09) and adults 18-34 (2.8/07).
